You probably would consider location, type of the room, how many family members in the house. Do they have small children or pets? You can let us know your preference and we can discuss it with you.

There may be clear house rules in the homestay. The host will let you know when you arrive. Otherwise, we expect all our students to be respectful and considerate to others.

We will enquire your preference before the arrangement and try to find the most suitable homestay for your age. However please understand, each individual homestay is unique on its own. It may be not possible to find a family 100% that fits all your want, but we will try our best to find the most suitable one.

You don't have to stay with a homestay. If your parents coming over, you can stay with your family or your family friends. As long as they are over 25 years old and your parents give consent for you to stay with them. However, hotels and B&Bs are not allowed.

Your personal towels, wash bag, toiletry products.

You could be allowed to stay somewhere else for a couple of days depending on your age and parental consent, but you have to let us know first and get the permission. The homestay will not allow you to stay away without our permission.

We tend to place students with a homestay for the whole school holiday period. If unfortunately, it doesn't work for you, we will change a homestay for you.

Your parents are responsible for the repairment cost or compensation.

Some homestays may be happy to store your luggage but you may need to pay for the storage.

Some homestays may be happy for you to send the parcel to their address, but we have to inform them and get their permission first.
